About The Position

Are you looking for a role where you can be part of a fun, fast-paced team while keeping things sparkling clean? We’re searching for a Dishwasher to help us maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming kitchen environment. This is a key position that keeps our operation running smoothly and our guests happy! As a Dishwasher, you’ll ensure all kitchen equipment, pots, pans, utensils, and dishes are spotless using both machine and manual cleaning methods. You’ll play a big part in making sure every shift runs safely and efficiently while working alongside a great team.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hours and climb stairs throughout your shift.
• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a variety of environments (heat, cold, water, and cleaning materials).
• Basic understanding of English and math is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Keep work and guest areas clean, organized, and sanitary throughout your shift.
• Wash and rinse pots, pans, utensils, glassware, and silverware, sending them through the dish machine as needed.
• Restock clean dishes to the cooks’ line and storage areas to keep the kitchen moving.
• Set up and break down dish stations, sinks, and dish machines.
• Keep floors clean and dry, quickly wiping up spills for safety.
• Change out sink and machine water every two hours (or as needed) and handle cleaning chemicals properly.
• Maintain trash cans throughout the shift and ensure they are emptied and scrubbed as needed.
• Follow grooming and hygiene standards, including wearing the proper uniform.
• Perform other duties as assigned to help the team succeed!
