Requirements

• Proven ability to communicate effectively
• Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for long periods
• Flexibility in your schedule, must be available on weekends and nights - that's where the action is!
• Relevant State required certifications

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is a plus (but not essential - we'll train you!)

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
• Help keep the kitchen running smoothly by washing, sanitizing, and organizing all dishes, glassware, and utensils
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
• Maintain a clean, organized, and odor-free dish area throughout your shift
• Support the kitchen team with end-of-shift duties, including cleaning down kitchen areas and correctly storing food
• Take pride in your kitchen, making sure it’s well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
• Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe
• Take the opportunities to go above and beyond to help your team and ensure smooth service
