About The Position

As a Dishwasher at All Well, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and flow within the kitchen throughout service. This role is focused on washing and sanitizing dishes, equipment, and work areas while supporting the team in keeping a clean and efficient workspace. You’ll be expected to stay organized, work quickly and safely, and keep up with the pace of service. You should anticipate the needs of the kitchen, ensuring that all stations have the tools they need and contributing to a smooth, well-run operation.

Requirements

0–1 year of kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment
Able to stay organized and keep up with the pace of service
Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation standards
Reliable and able to work independently while supporting a team
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Able to take direction and adapt throughout the shift
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, and frequently reaching, bending, and stooping in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Responsibilities

Maintain a consistent flow of clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout service
Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure all items are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored according to standards
Keep the dish area clean, organized, and service-ready at all times
Sort and rinse dishes, utensils, and equipment prior to washing
Restock clean items to appropriate kitchen stations as needed
Assist with trash removal and maintain cleanliness of back-of-house areas
Set up and break down the dish area before and after service
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety guidelines
Communicate with the kitchen team to support a smooth and efficient service
