Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Keep dish station and surrounding areas clean and organized
- Assist with trash removal and general kitchen cleaning tasks
- Support the BOH team by restocking clean items as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
