About The Position
Ovation Communities is seeking a Dishwasher to use machine and hand wash dishes to ensure that the kitchen has a steady supply of clean cookware and kitchenware.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail; keep kitchen organized.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work with residents and staff.
- Gain and maintain ServSafe Manager certification.
- Positive demeanor and comfortable in stressful situations.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working in a hospitality environment very helpful.
- Experience working in a Kosher kitchen desirable.
Responsibilities
- Machine and hand-wash dishes, kitchenware, and cookware.
- Maintain a sanitary environment that meets health and safety codes.
- Clean and organize kitchen areas to maximize efficiency.
- Support other kitchen staff with other kitchen duties.
- Assist with resident events when necessary.
- Washdown and clear dining room tables.
- Ensure dining room is clean and presentable.
