About The Position

The Dishwasher position at the Albuquerque Embassy Suites is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen and food and beverage areas. This role involves washing and storing various kitchenware, managing waste, and providing support to the kitchen and event teams. Requirements

Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or squat for long periods
A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces
Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas
Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area
Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance
Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces
