Dishwashers provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service while assisting customers. They store, rotate, stock, prepare and display products in accordance with established practices. Dishwashers ensure compliance with food safety policies and practices. They also achieve daily operational goals related to sales and service. This role involves providing services offered in the Deli area, processing ingredients, monitoring food quality, and maintaining cleanliness of work stations, equipment, storage, and display areas. Dishwashers are also expected to assist in training new staff, achieve WFC customer service standards, and contribute to an inclusive, respectful, and welcoming environment. The position requires adherence to all WFC policies and procedures, engagement in creating a positive workplace, and compliance with safety practices and regulatory guidance from the Minnesota Department of Agriculture and National Organic Standards. Additional duties include achieving daily operational goals, documenting equipment maintenance/safety concerns, reporting problems, and assisting customers with product information and phone calls.
