Requirements

Exceptional team communication skills are required.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1 to 3 months related experience or training; equivalent combination of education and experience is adequate.
Must be 18 years of age.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class B gaming license from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency.
Washington State Health Card (food worker card).

Responsibilities

Clean food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand, placing them in racks or within the dish machine.
Wash pots, pans, trays and other equipment from the Kitchen.
Sweep and mop floors within the dish-pit area and assist with all kitchen areas when asked.
Wash and sanitize work area, occasionally cleaning kitchen equipment such as Hotboxes, Fridges, Mixers or workstations such as Food Trucks.
Remove all localized trash and cardboard from designated kitchen areas and dispose of them throughout shift.
Occasionally assist in the set-up and breakdown of Banquet Events.
Use all dishwashing-related kitchen equipment following proper procedures and training.
Must follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines.
Work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
