We are currently looking for a hard-working and motivated individual to join our team as a Back of House Staff: Line Cook with Grill & Pantry/ Sauté/Fry and Brunch Experience The Back of House Team Members interact with guests and staff in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner, will learn & understand our menu recipes, and build and work cleanly and efficiently. He or she will help with other duties such as cleaning and/or prep work, and learn all stations. The ideal candidate has a pleasant and courteous personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong guest service skills. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask and have experience Job Overview: As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, and other kitchen equipment. Responsibilities

Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
Ensure the dishwasher is working properly and that cleaning and sanitizing solutions are dispensing correctly. Promptly report any technical/performance issues.
Load and unload dishwashing machines
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand when necessary.
Ensure all dishes are cleaned and sanitized properly.
Sort and organize all cleaned items in designated areas.
Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, especially during peak hours
Remove garbage regularly and maintain restrooms when requested by management.
Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen/dish area by sanitizing the kitchen area, including the floor and tabletop surfaces, washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash, etc..
Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by Opening and/or Closing the kitchen properly and following the checklist for kitchen stations.
Assists others in opening and/or closing the kitchen as needed.
Helps maintain the organization and cleanliness of the kitchen, prep, walk-ins, restrooms, dish areas, and outside areas through the daily/weekly/monthly cleaning lists.
Attends all scheduled employee meetings.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the kitchen manager or manager-on-duty.
