About The Position
The Renaissance Allentown Hotel is seeking a dependable Full-Time Dishwasher to support our kitchen and food & beverage operations.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Reliable attendance and stable work history.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dish area and assisting the culinary team in keeping the kitchen running efficiently.
- Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with basic kitchen cleaning duties.
- Keep floors, workstations, and storage areas clean and sanitary.
- Support kitchen staff as needed during service.
