Life as a Dishwasher: As a Dishwasher with Superhost Hospitality at the Embassy Suites Naperville, you play a vital role in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless dining experience. Your responsibilities include: Washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area. Assisting kitchen staff with various tasks as needed. Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. Collaborating with the culinary team to support a smooth kitchen operation. What We're Looking For: We are seeking an individual with the following attributes: Attention to Detail: Thoroughness in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure overall efficiency. Adaptability: Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and varying tasks. Additional Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Availability for varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work efficiently and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. What to Expect in Your First Few Months: In your initial phase, you will work closely with the kitchen team, gaining insights into the hotel's culinary operations, standards, and procedures. You'll actively contribute to maintaining a high level of cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen.
