Requirements
- Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test
- Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
- Food Handler’s certification.
- Understands state regulations for a clean and sanitary department.
Responsibilities
- Use dishwashers in the proper washing of china, cookware utensils and equipment.
- Assists in the use and storage of all kitchen chemicals.
- Wash dirty dishware from all dining room and utensils and cookware in kitchen.
- Washes dishes, cookware, flatware, etc., with dish washer or by hand in the correct meat or dairy area.
- Performs cleaning duties in kitchen, dining room, dish washing area and assists in keeping counter, kitchen equipment, delivery carts, wells, shelves, doors, and coolers, clean.
