Responsibilities

• Support the Sous Chef & help lead the kitchen crew like a pro
• Boost efficiency—keep everything running fast, smooth, and stress-free
• Train, guide, and motivate the team to bring their A-game
• Keep it spotless—top-tier cleanliness & food safety always
• Deliver consistent, high-quality dishes that look and taste amazing
• Follow recipes, SOPs & standards to perfection—no shortcuts
