Requirements

• Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a kitchen support role is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and handle repetitive tasks.
• Basic understanding of sanitation and food safety guidelines.
• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools using commercial dishwashers or by hand.
• Properly store clean dishes and equipment in designated areas for easy access during service.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen workstations, equipment, and prep areas.
• Sweep and mop floors, empty trash bins, and ensure overall cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.
• Sort, remove, and dispose of trash and recyclables in designated pickup locations.
• Follow all sanitation regulations, food safety procedures, and cleaning standards.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing kitchen deliveries.
• Support the culinary team with additional kitchen tasks as assigned.
