Dishwasher - Monday Night Garage
About The Position
Monday Night Brewing is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to join our growing team and pizza operations at Monday Night Garage (Atlanta, GA). This role will be responsible for demonstrating an eye for cleanliness and keeping dishes/utensils clean for each shift and throughout. Requirements
- Must be 18+
- Team player that is self-motivated
- Willingness and ability to step in wherever needed
- Flexible work schedule, primarily weekends, some holidays, and evenings
- Ability to work at least 3 weekends a month
- Ability to demonstrate Monday Night values
- Ability to climb, lift, reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift at least 40 pounds
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours in a hot, wet, humid and loud environment.
- This position is extremely physical and demanding in nature and involves working with potentially dangerous equipment, machinery, exposure to high noise levels, and handling of hazardous materials.
- Must be able to use repetitive motions and work in hot and cold environments

Responsibilities
- Scrape, rinse, and load dishes, glassware, trays, catering dishes, and utensils into the dishwashing machine.
- Hand-wash any delicate items.
- Unload clean dishes and equipment and organize them in designated storage areas.
- Monitor dishwashers for proper operation and temperature.
- Add detergent and rinse aid to the dish machine.
- Any additional cleaning tasks asked of by management
- Assist as needed with food preparation
- Clean walls and floors daily
- Polish stainless steel walls weekly
- Ensure top-notch cleanliness in kitchen after every shift
