Join our team as a vital part of our restaurant operations as a Dishwasher! As a dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in our kitchen, ensuring that our team can deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. This position requires Mon-Fri availability, shifts are 7am - 3:30pm. We're looking for an individual that is a team player, works great with others and is willing to go the extra mile when called upon. Can lead to other open positions within the restaurant if and when they become available. WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A DISHWASHER As a Dishwasher at our restaurant, you will be responsible for operating the dishwashing machine to effectively clean designated restaurant and kitchen wares. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will ensure that these items are thoroughly sanitized and ready for use. Additionally, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and storage areas, ensuring that they meet our high standards. You will also assist in washing pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils and equipment, contributing to the seamless flow of our kitchen operations. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Perform duties with attention to details, speed, accuracy, follow through and cooperativeness. Follow directions. Adapt to meet priority changes of work floor or requirements. Operate designated machinery. Remain extremely alert while operating machinery. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to satisfactorily communicate in job-related English. Able to read prep lists and cleaning schedules Able to follow instructions and work without close supervision Team player – need to be willing to lend a helping hand to any teammate at any time Ability to handle multiple priorities Positive attitude Flexible availability for both lunch and dinner shifts; weekends and holidays a must.
