Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Exceptional ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent skills for engaging with guests and collaborating with team members seamlessly.
  • Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays

Responsibilities

  • Washing & Cleaning Dishes Scrubbing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Use industrial dishwashers or wash items by hand when necessary.
  • Maintaining Kitchen Cleanliness Keeping sinks, dish racks, and workstations clean and organized. Wiping down countertops and kitchen surfaces. Sweeping and mopping floors to maintain hygiene.
  • Handling & Organizing Dishes Properly stacking and storing cleaned dishes, utensils, and cookware in their designated areas. Ensuring that all kitchen staff have the clean tools they need to cook and serve food.
  • Taking Out Trash & Recycling Emptying trash cans, compost bins, and recycling containers regularly. Following restaurant waste disposal guidelines.
  • Following Health & Safety Standards Wearing gloves, aprons, and other protective gear as required. Ensuring dishes meet sanitation guidelines to prevent cross-contamination. Reporting any broken equipment or safety hazards to management.
  • Keeping Up with a Fast-Paced Environment Working quickly and efficiently, especially during busy hours. Staying organized to ensure a smooth workflow for the kitchen team.
