Overview Position Summary In this role, you will be responsible for providing assistance in all dietary functions as directed and instructed by the Dining Services management team. Essential Functions, Key Duties, & Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of production areas including but not limited to vents, fryers, flattop, range, steamers, ovens, refrigerators, coolers, and storage areas. Bus dining room as needed and send dishes through the dishwashing machine. Wash pots and pans as needed. Put clean dishes away in appropriate places. Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed. Dispose of garbage appropriately. Perform other duties as assigned. Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.
