About The Position

Morada Senior Living is seeking a Dishwasher for their Morada Temple community. This role involves operating a dish-washing machine to ensure all dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly washed and sanitized. The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, clutter-free, and safe environment in food service areas through tasks like sweeping, mopping, pressure washing floors, and cleaning/sanitizing the dish machine. Other duties include cleaning production equipment as directed, upholding high standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health, following daily and weekly cleaning schedules, practicing safety and loss prevention procedures, and documenting service standards and regulatory compliance measures. The position also assists with receiving food and non-food supplies.

Requirements

Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
Ability to handle multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
One (1) year previous experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Operates dish-washing machine to properly wash and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment.
Maintains clean, sanitary, clutter free and safe environment in food services areas by sweeping, mopping and pressure washing floors, cleaning and sanitizing dish machine.
Cleans production equipment as needed or directed by supervisor.
Maintains or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
Follows daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
Practices all safety and loss prevention procedures.
Records and maintains documentation for the following measures for service standards and regulatory compliance.
Assists in receiving of food and non-food supplies.
