About The Position

Major Responsibility:
Maintain cleanliness in specified areas of gaming on Casino floor.
Wage: $17.00 - $18.00 an hour

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, push, pull, grasp, squat, reach above and below shoulder level.

Responsibilities

• Operates a dish machine to wash dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware and food service equipment
• Sets up and cleans dish machine area; checks temperatures and soap dispensing levels
• Stores clean equipment and utensils
• Assists in maintaining preparation and service areas in a sanitary condition
• Empties garbage to dump site
• Sweeps and mops floors
• Perform all other work-related duties as assigned by the Casino Shift Manager.
