Requirements

  • Ability to stay organized and communicate effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, team-oriented attitude with the ability to maintain tact and diplomacy.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Medium Work: Exerting 20–50 lbs occasionally, 10–25 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly.
  • Requires walking or standing for extended periods.
  • Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, repetitive motion, and manual dexterity.
  • Must be able to maintain accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • Ability to make general observations of facilities, equipment, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Sweep and mop floors regularly (at least once per shift, more if needed).
  • Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
  • Remove trash and garbage, place in designated containers, and clean garbage cans.
  • Sort bottles, operate bottle-crushing machine, and handle recycling.
  • Wash pots, pans, trays, dishes, and glassware by hand or using dishwashing equipment.
  • Polish silverware using appropriate equipment and methods.
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
  • Assist with banquet table setup when required.
  • Wash and peel vegetables as assigned.
  • Rotate and properly store stock, utensils, and supplies.
  • Maintain proper safety protocols, including use of safety glasses when handling chemicals.
  • Follow OSHA regulations and all company policies.
  • Maintain personal hygiene and wear proper uniform.
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
  • Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
