Our Food Service Team Members perform a variety of duties in our front of house, back of house, dish room, outlets, and storeroom as needed. While you’ll support all areas of our food service operation, your primary responsibility will be in the dish room—ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned, sanitized, and organized. Team Members must be available for nights and weekends, including holidays. We host thousands of guests each year and generally provide them with three meals a day during their stay. You will help create a positive and welcoming atmosphere from the moment guests arrive at the cafeteria to the moment they leave. You will be instrumental in shaping the overall guest experience by providing exceptional customer service, assisting in food preparations, supporting meal service, and keeping our kitchen and dish areas running smoothly. Serving in our Mission: Impacting lives for God's glory through Purposeful Hospitality! This position is seasonal and is expected to last through November 1st, 2026. Energetic Team - Scheduling Flexibility - Must be able to work weekends and most holidays.
