Requirements
- Entry Level Position.
Responsibilities
- Cleans, washes, and sanitizes dishes.
- Maintains and cleans all dish washing stations, tools, and equipment.
- Maintains and cleans floors, work tables, work areas, bathrooms, and other areas as assigned.
- Disposes of all trash, cardboard, and recycled materials properly in assigned dumpsters and maintains cleanliness and sanitation around dumpster areas.
- Performs routine and non-routine "deep cleaning" jobs as assigned.
- Assists with fundamental food prep and cooking related tasks as needed.
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
- Answer, report and follow to Kitchen Managers instructions.
