As a Dishwasher you will work behind the scenes and help make our restaurants the best in Milwaukee by keeping the kitchen clean and tidy, emptying garbage cans, washing pots and pans and loading and unloading the dishwasher. Requirements

Ability to tolerate varied working conditions.
Must be able to change activities quickly.

Nice To Haves

Prior hospitality, cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain dish machine to standards, efficiently processing dishes and utensils.
Manage clean dishes, unload, stack, and store them in designated areas.
Maintain cleanliness in dish area and kitchen, including emptying garbage cans and performing general cleaning tasks.
Ensure floor safety by sweeping, mopping, and drying, and transport soiled ware to designated areas.
Handle cleaning chemicals safely, wipe down countertops, restock supplies, and assist with equipment movement.
Set up equipment and bus stations for efficient service, anticipating event order needs and performing additional assigned duties.
