Requirements

• The ability to stand, bend and squat for extended periods.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Washing dirty dishes, cutting boards, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Emptying, and re-lining garbage cans as required.
• Cleaning and sanitizing all meal preparation areas.
• Sweeping and mopping the kitchen areas before and at the end of shifts.
