The Dishwasher will have oversite of kitchen dish operations during their shift. This role is part of a dynamic restaurant group that includes The Winchester, Hancock, Donkey Taqueria, and All In Catering, all conveniently located in the Uptown neighborhood on Wealthy Street. Responsibilities
- Operating standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Practicing good cleanliness and sanitary standards
- Assisting with cleaning and organizing of restaurant
- Stocking and product management including waste control
- Excelling in time management
- Following all food safety standards and procedures
