THE ROLE Staten Island FerryHawks Stadium is seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to support food service operations at one of Staten Island’s premier sports and entertainment venues, located along the scenic waterfront. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are ready for game days and events.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and prep areas
• Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks as needed, such as sorting and storing supplies
• Remove trash and recycling from kitchen and dishwashing areas
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
• Monitor cleaning supplies and communicate restocking needs to supervisors
• Assist kitchen staff with maintaining overall cleanliness during busy events
• Operate dishwashing machines and other equipment safely and efficiently
• Support setup and breakdown of kitchen and service areas before and after events
• Follow all stadium policies and safety procedures
• Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general position compliance training
• Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management
• Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies
• Complete other duties assigned by management
• Available to work none-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)
