Potowomut Golf Club is a private golf & dining club that has been in existence since 1927. Applicants for this position should expect the following: Cleans and sanitizes all pots, pans, baking equipment and silverware. (Machine Operated and/or Hand Washed) Wraps, dates, and rotates food items. Maintains overall cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned areas. Fosters a strong team mentality and a "can-do" attitude. Alerts chef or supervisor of any equipment breakdowns in a timely manner Incorporates safe work practices Regular and reliable attendance. Regular Kitchen hours open: 11:00am-10:00pm Evening and Weekend availability required for position
