As a Steward, you’ll be staying active on your feet providing support and assistance to the rest of the service team. Here are some of the daily tasks you’ll be responsible for:
Requirements
- We’re looking for someone with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- While previous food and beverage experience is a plus, it is not required.
- What we really want is someone capable of thinking on their feet and able to keep up in high-pressure situations.
Responsibilities
- Sorting and washing dirty and used dishes and utensils.
- Replacing washed dishes and utensils in storage areas.
- Helping in keeping the general restaurant area sanitary and clean (i.e. sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning tables).
