About The Position

Every morning we whip up delicious modern takes on classic breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes. At Over Easy Dishwasher you are the “Sparkle Master”. Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans, and miscellaneous smallware with commercial dishwasher or three compartment sinks. Place clean dishes or cooking equipment in designated storage areas. Maintain kitchen work and prep areas, equipment or utensils in clean and orderly condition. Aid in stocking supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, refrigerators, freezers, etc. Sweep and scrub floors in the kitchen and dish area. Clean garbage, compost, and recycling bins. Requirements

• Prior experience in a restaurant environment preferred but not required
• Must maintain a valid Food Handlers’ certification
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Able to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently
• Reliable, efficient, and detail-oriented
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Must be at least 16 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
