Responsibilities

Ensure all aspects of kitchen ware (utensils, pots/pans, containers, etc.) are clean, sanitized and properly stored.
Maintain cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls and shelves of kitchen area.
Follow established food safety procedures.
Remove all trash and ensure trash recepticles are clean on a regular basis.
Provide assistance with food preparation, as needed
Ensure all tools and equipment are properly and safely used
Adhere to cleaning and maintenance schedules.
