We are seeking a dependable and motivated Dishwasher to support our kitchen team. The Dishwasher ensures that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized to hotel standards, helping our kitchen run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred, but not required — training provided.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and team oriented.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines.
• Keep the kitchen, dish area, and storage spaces clean and organized.
• Take out trash and recycling following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with basic food preparation or kitchen support tasks as assigned.
• Follow Hilton’s food safety and hygiene policies and local health regulations.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
