Responsibilities

Put all groceries away
Empty all kitchen trash
Keep area clean and dry at all times
Keep dish room walls and pots and pans cleaned and wiped down at all times
Sweep and mop all kitchen floors and outside hallway every evening, using wet floor signs
Mops walk-in when needed
Hose down outside back door area when needed
Clean dish machine nightly
De-lime dishwasher regularly
De-lime the stainless steel area when necessary
Clean and sanitize areas at all times
