Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining sanitary standards.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and store all dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing station and ensure it is well-organized.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of dish stations as directed by kitchen staff.
• Help with keeping the kitchen area clean and free of hazards at all times.
• Support other kitchen staff with additional tasks as needed, such as food prep or restocking supplies.
