About The Position
We are seeking a dependable Dishwasher to support kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This Dishwasher role is essential to maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards while helping keep kitchen operations running smoothly.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior kitchen or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to obtain an Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work required shifts
Nice To Haves
- Prior kitchen or hospitality experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, dishes, glassware, and utensils
- Wash, dry, and properly store kitchen items
- Assist with basic food preparation and event setup as needed
- Maintain stock levels and report supply needs
- Ensure all hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards are followed
- Support overall kitchen efficiency during service hours
