About The Position

As one of our FFT Dishwashers, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, and other kitchen equipment. You will also assist with kitchen prep work and cleaning duties as needed, sweep or scrub floors, clean garbage cans with water or steam, sort and remove trash and place it in designated pickup areas.

Requirements

Self-motivated with a high energy level.
Hands-on experience with industrial washing machines.
Attention to detail and sanitation rules.

Ability to work in a team, as well as on individual tasks.
Ability to thrive and remain even-tempered when faced with a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

Washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.
Maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
Transferring supplies or equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks.
Loading or unloading trucks that deliver or pick up food or supplies.
Stocking supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
