Provide efficient cleanliness and sanitation of all restaurant dishes, including but not limited to scraping off food, rinsing and loading dishes into dishwasher in an organized, efficient manner. Ensure clean dishes are available in kitchen area and wait staff stations at all times. Maintain the overall cleanliness and sanitary state of the dishwashing machine and area at all times. Responsible for the stocking and cleanliness of salad bar during assigned shift, in addition to providing support for Prep Cooks and banquet functions. Wage: $17.25 - $18.25, depending on experience. Schedule: Monday - Wednesday (4:00pm - 12:00am) Work Status: Part-Time Location: Portland
