About The Position

The Dishwasher is responsible for the general cleanliness of the kitchen. Provide a Christ-like attitude and biblical heart by performing a variety of food equipment cleaning duties as well as tasks directed by cooks and supervisors.

LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION Washington State Food Handler’s Permit.

Able to work collaboratively with supervisor, coworkers and residents.

Nice To Haves

EDUCATION High School diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE Restaurant or Nursing Home Experience.

Responsibilities

Operate the dishwasher and clean food service equipment according to established cleaning schedule.
Wash, clean and dry pots, pans and other food service equipment and store equipment once clean and dry.
Remove trash and herbage as directed; flatten all sanitation standards according to the established cleaning schedule.
Work collaboratively with supervisor and residents.
Perform other related job duties as assigned.
Conduct that reflects well on CRISTA Ministries and aligns with its mission, vision, Statement of Faith and Christian Community Representative Commitment (CCC).
