About The Position

The Dishwasher position is a support role within the Culinary Team. Their primary responsibility is to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, adhering to all protocols for the sanitization of caféwares.

Requirements

• Able to work a schedule that includes Tuesday & Thursday thru Saturdays.
• Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between locations.
• Availability for nights and weekends.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and resourcefulness.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to take direction.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (~8 hours per shift

Nice To Haves

• Specialty coffee experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sanitize the caféwares and kitchen utensils following all sanitization guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing station.
• Transport trash/refuse to appropriate bins both inside and outside of building.
• Handle café wares with care.
• Receive and apply feedback effectively, demonstrating adaptability.
• Build strong interpersonal connections with team members of all skill levels.
• Communicate clearly and effectively
