Responsibilities of Busser/Dishwasher • Clearing and cleaning of dining tables after guests are finished. • Assist the service staff with maintaining a clean dining room appearance. • Maintaining cleanliness standards set forth by County Health Department. • Greet guests with a smile and friendly personality. • Offer assistance to servers with food removal when needed. • Wash all dishes brought in to dish room. • Wash all kitchen pots and pans. • Maintain sanitation standards set forth by County Health Department. • Timeliness and ability to multitask.
