Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to work in different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed

Responsibilities

Work in a high-energy kitchen environment, supporting the culinary team in their food preparation and service
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment
Operate dishwashing machinery and ensure proper handling and storage of cleaned items
Assist with basic food prep tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients
Follow safety and hygiene standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow and timely service
