About The Position

A dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in a kitchen by cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. This role is essential to ensuring smooth kitchen operations and supporting the overall team.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, knives, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are clean and sanitized
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, walls, and trash areas
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
• Assist with basic food prep tasks when needed (e.g., peeling, chopping)
• Restock clean dishes and supplies to appropriate areas
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times
• May perform similar and incidental duties as required by Management.
