About The Position

The Oaks of Clearwater is seeking a Full-Time Dishwasher for our Assisted Living Facility. Our dedicated line staff with years of longevity will welcome candidates with upholding our commitment to caring, compassionate service for our residents. Job responsibilities include, but not limited to: Must have compassion for and desire to with Seniors.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Perform job duties for Residents and with team members in a courteous and professional manner.
• Take initiative to ensure Resident safety and satisfaction is a priority.
• Resident Rights
• Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding Resident’ Rights.
• Kitchen
• Set up for each meal as required.
• Bus tables and prepare dishes for washing.
• Clean dishes and cookware.
• Clean and mop dish room and kitchen.
• Complete side work duties as assigned by the Dining Services Director.
• Focus on good customer service in regards to food service.
• Work as part of the Dining Services team to ensure a smooth, efficient, and safe operation of the dining room and kitchen.
• Adhere to prescribed safety and sanitation practices and procedures.
• Perform similar or related duties as assigned by the Dining Services Director.
