About The Position
Our Dishwashers are responsible for the breakdown, cleaning and storage of cookware, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial kitchen environments preferred.
- Must have valid Clark County Health Card
- Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize all cookware, pots, pans, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area at all times.
- Assist cooks with products and deliveries.
- Clean main kitchen cooler on an ongoing basis.
- Clean and mop floors, including walk-in coolers.
- Keep inventory of cleaning chemicals, informing General Manager when products are low.
- Performs additional tasks as requested by Management and as needed to successfully run the store.
