Position Description: Provide skilled and efficient culinary support to the Executive Chef. This Team Member not only preps, rubs, and smokes our decadent meats, but completes our side dishes and some desserts on the smoker as well. The Asst. Pitmaster position is responsible for preparing all meats, beans, and side dishes using our smokers located on site and supporting the Pit Master in ensuring consistent food quality and service. Position Purpose: Provide support to the Back House.
