About The Position

An amazing opportunity to be a pivotal part of the an Omni convention collection hotel. The Omni Oklahoma City Hotel is a true outdoor recreation, entertainment and culinary destination paying homage to the heritage and modern progress of the city. With 605 guest rooms and suites, the luxury hotel will showcase views of the 70-acre Scissortail Park and the downtown skyline with 75,000 square feet of meeting and event space, sports bar, specialty restaurant, coffee shop and a retail venue. This team member will wash dishes, pots and pans, mop floors, clean kitchen equipment and ensure there is an adequate supply of clean china, glassware and silver.

Requirements

• Ability to effectively communicate.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area at all times.
• Excellent safety and sanitation skills.
• Create courteous, friendly, professional work environment.
• Must be able to work various shifts, holidays and weekends.
• Food Handler's Permit required.
• Must be able to stand up to 8 hours.
• Must be able to push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must live within 50 miles of the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the proper cleaning, rack and distribution of all china, silver and glassware.
• Maintains required standards of sanitation and cleanliness.
• Minimize breakage of circulating equipment.
• Follow/enforce company policies and procedures.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
