Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen.
- Assist in the preparation of food items as needed.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Support kitchen staff by providing clean dishes and utensils in a timely manner.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
