Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment and manual methods as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas, including floors, counters, and sinks, to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
• Sort and properly store clean dishes and kitchen tools in designated areas to facilitate easy access for kitchen staff.
• Assist with waste disposal and recycling processes in compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation policies, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and adherence to hygiene standards.
