We’re looking for friendly, compassionate, team players to join our culinary team! Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment for the hospital cafeteria. Sanitize all pots, pans, utensils, and equipment in a timely manner. Support stocking and inventories by shelving and organizing delivered food and items. Responsibilities Maintain order and cleanliness of the kitchen, dining room, and storeroom Put away deliveries, label and date products, and break down boxes Stock and monitor towels and soap dispensers throughout the shift Clean and return all kitchen equipment and serving ware in a timely manner Set up and maintain a 3-compartment sink and dish machine Vacuum, sweep, mop, and spot clean floors and high-traffic areas Monitor and empty trash cans Adhere to the facility’s health and safety policies and procedures Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently
