Requirements

18 years or older, pending specific state requirements

Ability to read, speak, write and comprehend English
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
Alcohol awareness certification, state specific

ServSafe® Certification and State Food Handlers Card, state specific

Responsibilities

Monitor and empty box bins and trash as needed
Set up and clean the 3-compartment sink per sanitation standards
Operate and maintain the dish machine, checking water levels and recording temperatures
Wash and air-dry soiled items and equipment properly
Sort, stack, and transport clean items to storage areas
Sanitize tray line, belt, stainless steel surfaces, and garbage can lids
Clean and re-rack floor mats; run filters through dish machine
Shut down, drain, and rinse dish machine thoroughly
Follow hygiene protocols when handling clean equipment
Maintain cleanliness in dish room and kitchen areas
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
Support kitchen staff as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
